Our League
The Oshawa Men’s Hockey League (OshawaMHL) has been created to provide recreational men’s hockey in a balanced competitive environment. As we grow and evolve we will maintain a league that embraces the spirit of fair play and good sportsmanship so that all players may continue to enjoy the GAME among friends. We hope to balance teams each year to maintain a competitive balance and to broaden everyone’s opportunity to play and meet new players in the league.
It is our intention to make this the finest men’s hockey league in the Durham Region. We thank you for your support.

League Policy
2026 League & Facility Policy on Alcohol Drinking alcohol in public areas of Campus Ice Centre is against the law and to do so could result in the loss of our ice time, therefore the OshawaMHL is implementing a “Zero Tolerance” policy on drinking in public areas of the property as follows. First offence will be a five (5) game suspension followed by an automatic 1 year suspension for the second offence.
